Drug test and RFID Chip all welfare recipients since they don't want to work and all they do is reproduce like roaches ! We need to control people that are getting assistance from the TAX PAYING WORKING COMMUNITY ! And since food stamps cards well they sell most of it for $, And then they have more babies to get more $ well at the end of the day it's time we the people start fixing this massive blow to the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA THE BEST COUNTRY ON EARTH !
The drug testing should at least be mandatory because many people getting even the most basic assistance are using drugs and we the people do not wish to support drug habits or alcoholism in people who refuse or can't work !
