Drug-Test ANY Congressperson(s) whose states have enacted laws Drug-Testing people who receive public assistance, including Welfare, Unemployment, Public Housing & Medicaid. Drug-Testing of the Congressperson(s) will be random & monthly, not to exceed 12 per calendar year, paid out-of-pocket with no taxpayer's money.
