Drug-test every employee of the US Government that collects a taxpayer funded paycheck.

Welfare recipients have been subjected to drug tests and have showed low "positive" results. Now, let's test members of those we, as Taxpayers, pay with our tax money. Let's see how many can pass that test. Seems only fair. Those on Welfare complied. Now it's your turn. All members of congress, White House staff and the POTUS. Every person that collects a taxpayer funded paycheck gets tested. Those members with positive results will be made public. If We The People pay them, we should be aware of what we are getting for our money.
