Any and all people on welfare should be drug tested. I say this because do we really want to give money to people that will spend it on illegal drugs? Not only will we be securing who we give the money to, but it will also create jobs for the people who do the drug testing. I understand that some people are on welfare because they truly need it, but then again how many people just don't WANT to work for a living, or feel they no longer have to, and as such spend the tax payers money on drugs.
