We as a nation should have all food stamp and welfare recipients drug tested for abuse of the simpathetic americans whom pay the taxes to care for the people whom actually this to help with their inabilty to work. Those who can work should, Those who cant need this. This is to weed out those who can work and abuse the system, the americansl who use their ebt cards to make money by letting others to buy as grocery's in exchange for money.
