Drug test those who receive any sort of public assistance, too many people are abusing the system.

Too many people work the system in the United States. Many deserve help, but there are a lot of people who sit home, don't try to get jobs, use drugs. I suggest, to get any sort of public assistance there should be a drug test administered. If people who work are required to pass a drug test, why aren't the people who don't work and receive free money.
