All recipients should be subject to random drug screenings as well as their dependents as "WE THE WORKING CLASS" PEOPLE ARE!!! also they should be financially responsible for the tests as they are relatively cheap. Any person(s) found with illegal drugs in there system should be removed from receiving further funds immediately.
