it is not against the rights of a hard working american to be drug tested by their employer but all of a sudden for a person to collect a free check from the government it is against the persons human rights to be drug tested to receive money from the government. this needs to be addressed and anyone that would like a welfare check needs to be drug tested as well. if you can afford the newest iPad you don't need to be on welfare!!!!!!
