Drug test welfare,state and federal assisted persons in order to receive their check to include unemployment at minimum

All persons receiving government assistance should be at least randomly tested for drugs.For me to keep my job i have to subject my self to random drug tests.Its time for Washington to create a law to dismiss those testing hot. Housing ,stamps,welfare are all abused and needs to be regulated.community service should also be mandatory for those on assistance for prolonged time periods.I for one do not like paying for lazy americans let alone non americans when i have 3 kids and a wife to support. Treat assistance like a job and make the persons collecting earn their checks. Wake up washington!
