Our tax money is being used to fund welfare. The money is being used to support drug habits. Struggling families are being rejected from welfare for someone who is on drugs and is just living off the system and our tax money. To further screen applicants, Their should be a drug test in all states to determine if they will be a risk to abusing welfare to buy drugs.
