There shold be drug testing for any and every government aid service such as welfare, section 8 housing, social security, ect. The drug test must be passed in order to receive the financial aid. If drug test is failed application for any finial aid service can only be done after 6 months of failing the drug test and a drug test is tested every month of aid.
