This petition calls for mandatory monthly drug screenings for all people recieveing government added benefits, including social security, disability, EBT benefits, etc al. Any persons found to be using illegal narcotic substances shall lose all benefits for a period of three to six months, then given a second drug screening, if this is screening is passed, all benefits shall be reinstated.
