Drug testing for unemployment benefits.

By signing this petition you agree that it would be beneficial to the American work force to drug test individuals whom receive unemployment benefits. The reason for this is because there are many companies that drug test and run background checks before hiring employees in many different jobs all across America. If there is someone that decides to use drugs against the state and/or the national government, it could result in legal penalties that could show up on background checks and put the individual at risk for not being able to pass a drug test. If someone does not want to obey laws and take risks that could sustain their unemployment and benefits, the American people should not be responsible for paying unemployment benefits to people that choose bad decisions over getting a job.
