Drug Tests for Welfare

I believe that an initial drug screening, followed by random follow up tests for drugs should be mandatory to receive benefits. If a person fails, they are deemed intelligible for aid until a certain time period has elapsed. Reinstatement of benefits would be contingent upon a negative drug test.

This very issue has been thought, said, and posted on social networks for years. Now is the time to take action!
