Earthquakes have been devastating. In 2011, an earthquake measuring at 9.1 on the Richter Scale struck the coast of Japan, causing a tsunami and killing 15,884 people. It is clear that earthquakes have the most potential to kill people in the hundreds of thousands. The root of earthquakes are tectonic plates shifting. Which gave me an idea. What if we duct taped all of the plates together? This can save millions of lives in the future. If this reaches the government, I wish for Barack Obama to team up with Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong Un to mass produce duct tape.I hope you believe this plan will be successful.
