Donald J Trump has over the course of the last 10 years shown obvious signs of Mental Illness. He has a history of temperamental out bursts, is apparently unable to distinguish truth from fiction and seems to be without conscience or self control. Due to his erratic and irrational behavior it is a matter of public safety that he should be required to undergo psychiatric evaluation to determine that he is mentally fit for office.
