Because we recognize the inherent and increasing evil demonstrated by ISIS by the slaughter and beheadings of their political foes, fellow Muslims, Christians, and women and children, The Obama administration should put the development of a strong anti-ISIS policy/strategy at the top of the agenda and begin swift implementation including military intervention.
