On October 20, 2016, Philippine President Duterte announced the separation from the United States and alignment with China. We should grant his request and we should cease all foreign aid to the country. In 2012, the U.S. Government gave a total of $197,036,510 to Philippines and this money is obviously no longer desired and should be used elsewhere.
