Due Process, Burden of Proof, Patriot Act, and Freedom of Information Act

I request that the alleged instances of detainment and or investigations throughout the United States and every investigatory/detainment facilities be investigated, overseen and reviewed by The Executive Branch, Congressional Committees, and The United States Supreme Court along with the rest of the Judicial Branch for Constitutional basis regarding the due process and justice of everyone pursued congruent with United States Legal Code, Process, and all Laws including International Sanctions.
