Dzhokhar Tsarnaev: Should Be Able To Speak Defence, And Goverment Doesnt Know If It Is Him,From Lack Of Evidence.

Now,i currently saw the Boston Bombing on the news,
and it was very sad..Who would do such a thing?
A few days later,the news announced a suspect was
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. They didn't show any evidence,or proof. And,From what i heard, they apparently shot him in the neck so he couldnt speak defence.
(From what i heard.) So,he could be innocent!
The real person who did it could be rubbing his hands plotting another bomb.
