Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was set up. The evidence does not add up. His backpack was not found, according to news agencies.

Based on Habeas Corpus, there is no strong evidence to detain the accused. No proof has been brought forth to link the bombing with Dzhokhar Tsarnaev based on the color of his back pack. It was White and the only color reported to have exploded was Black and Nylon in feel. Clearly in the photos and video his was White and looked empty. He was not accused of murder or car jacking. Police cannot seem to find any weapon inside the boat in which he was found. Why did the police fire first? Clearly his older brother put him up to this terrible act. After all, he is telling authorities all he knows.
