"E pluribus Unum" We need to pull together as a nation, as Americans without hyphens or party. There was a time that the de facto motto of the United States of America was "E pluribus Unum" ("Out of many, one") then in 1956 by act of Congress the official motto became "In God We Trust". Looking at how divided the nation is right now on so many political issues I think it is high time we go back to "E pluribus Unum".
