Each branch of the service has an air, land and water division. Combine all branches of the serviuce to eliminate duplication, Naturally the generals and admirals would complains aying this wouldn't work, but the truth of the matter is they are not open to change and know they could loose their job or be forced to retire. Also within each branch they have an operations division, logistics division, administration division and transportation division. THis is duplication of services as well, combine all these divisions and make a more manageable military and get rid of people that are fighting change.
