They 'approve' of furloughing 800,000 jobs because they didn't get their way, which is do anything in their power to make our president become unsuccessful because he isn't a republican. Which is exactly why we are in shutdown, because GOP can't stand anything a democrat has to say. Does that mean top disapproves of over 50% of the population? Yes, which is like saying they disapprove of over half our population. Gop is completely radical and I'd relate them to terrorists.
