It is essential that the each United States tax payer, determine where their taxes fund, because otherwise it is fundamentally not a government for the people, by the people. We have a right as a people to choose to invest our taxes where we wish. Corporations & businesses would be mandated to put their taxes in the same categories as the public's average.
On a tax return style IRS mail out, every tax payer would be given a list of categories where their money could be spent, & subcategories for each category. For example: Education, Sustainable Agriculture, Scientific Research. A small portion of taxes would be normally taken to pay for a reduced international & domestic security, education, Medicare & Medicaid, safety net programs, paying off debt, humanitarian aid, & government salaries
