Earned income Tax Credit for All Native Born Americans

The President has decided to act on his own and grant amnesty to millions of undocumented immigrants. This action has resulted in millions of undocumented immigrants becoming elgible for the "Earned Income Tax Credit" from the IRS. These credits will be made retro-active even for years they did not pay taxes. Since these immigrants are undocumented, we have no real way to prove/disprove any of their claims. Thus leaving the United States Treasury wide open to Billions of dollars worth of claims made by those who fraudulently entered the country. So in the name of "FAIRNESS", I propose that the President act again. Granting native born Americans the "Earned Income Tax Credit" for each year of citizenship they may have accrued, irregardless of supporting documentation and income level.
