Earthquake Prediction Problem Will be Solved if My New Hypothesis of crustal movement is Acknowledged

Please help me forward this open letter to NASA geophysicist Dr. Richard Gross
Dear Dr. Richard Gross,
I am a Chinese private scholar who found that there are many fatal flaws in plate tectonics and faulting model of seismogenesis. I proposed a new crustal movement hypothesis which can solve all of the mysteries about seismogenesis. Your great discovery of acceleration of the earth's ration and shift of the earth's axis provides a significant new proof for my hypothesis. However, we believe that shift of the earth's Axis and acceleration of the earth's rotation are earthquake precursors but not consequences. I strongly suggest that if you rebuild your computer model based on my hypothesis, you may be able to use modern geophysics method to make accurate earthquake predictions. Wei Xingzhao
