Ease restrictions on our allies from the United Kingdom seeking work and residency in the United States.

Created by J.T. on November 14, 2012

The United Kingdom is quite possibly our strongest ally in the world with a stronger economy. I believe that it would be mutually beneficial for citizens of both countries to be able to live and work and contribute to the economies of the other more freely, within reason. If we allowed British citizens to come to America on a temporary "seeking work" visa they could contribute greatly to our economy. Should we take the first step as a goodwill gesture, perhaps Parliament will reciprocate, and together we can end this recession. We've worked together all along in the War on Terror, should we not tackle the war on poverty in the same manner?
