Ease the stress of finding parking by Banning the use of street sweepers, and compel people to clean their own side walk

The stress of searching for parking in our neighbourhoods delay's our lives and at many times provokes confrontations among us, so by banning street sweepers and compelling people to clean their own spaces will alleviate much of the stress that is created by the lack of parking due to street sweepers and cleaning schedules. Besides the people do a better job at cleaning their own spaces. P.S. this should be applied in general to all boroughs and echelons of our society, particularly in New York...
