The Ebola virus that is killing innocent souls in Sierra Leone, Guinea and Liberia is highly becoming a global epidemic. Given that that these countries and the U.S. shares a very productive bilateral relationships, it is incumbent on your office to instruct congress to provide emergency healthcare/relief assistance to these nations.
The national security of these nations has been compromised by this deadly virus and it pose threats to the US national security also.
Sir, though in 1999 the General Accounting Office of The US Congress considered the Ebola virus to be an "unlikely bioterrorism threat", it is likely that this virus can be in our door steps in the US, if not act upon now .THIS IS A THREAT TO THE US NATIONAL SECURITY,AND THE WORLD AS A WHOLE.
