When someone wins the latest Powerball lottery which will be more than $600 million, like always Uncle Sam will take about half of that. Using the $300+ million that the government gets, they should give $250,000 to every U.S. citizen who meet certain restrictions (ie: no felons, multi-millionaires, etc). By doing so, you'll immediately stimulate the economy and help local businesses thrive when people go on spending sprees and flood the market with cash. The state and federal government will still get millions of dollars by simply taxing the purchases made by the people.
