educate American citizens on the government of the United States.

It seems the American people are misinformed as to how the American government runs and operates. They need to be taught how laws are passed and need to be able to figure out for themselves who to blame when policies go into affect that they don't like, as opposed to pointing the finger at the wrong people. American citizens lack a basic understanding of the functions of the United States government, and this needs to be rectified.
