The 2nd Amendment states that Americans have the right to bear arms when there is no well regulated militia. We have an army, navy, air force, homeland security, and many different branches of the military.
The 2nd Amendment was also made a time where the only gun they had was a musket. Not assault guns.
We need to educate those who use the 2nd Amendment to protect their guns because it doesn't.
