Educate the Canadian and Mexico state citizens about the US Constitution and their rights by it, federally funded.

Since there's no hearing the people cry out against illegal immigration, we understand it is because such immigration is not actually illegal. As a generation waking up to the reality that you, Mr. President, wish to make your own rules we are here to remind you that you don't do it without us, the people. So with the wide-eyed acknowledgement that Canada and Mexico are states of this nation, we the people of the United States of America petition by the federal dollar that the citizens of Canada and Mexico be provided free and in-depth, accurate constitution counseling as it pertains to the first 50 state citizens. We petition that these U.S. Constitution classes be taught to them in their first language, and that they be required to perform group and sole political actions to pass.
