Secession is an ignorant and ridiculous idea that should be taught in accordance to the Civil War era with South Carolina's reaction to Lincoln's winning of the Presidency. American's ought to know better than place petitions for secession when during the first four years of Obama's term unemployment rates dropped and the world did not end. This petition is to end the ignorance and restore hope for those who believe in a better America and a more prosperous future without the idea of secession.
