We the people want to help the North Korean people, in a way that they want to be helped.
We should deliver, to the population centers of the country, all of but not only the following:
-Delicious non-perishable food.
-Technology. The internet. The real internet.
-Literature that explains why and how this is happening.
Tell them we will help if they want, and let the North Korean people decide. This is New Diplomacy.
