Parents need to stop targeting video games when bad things happen. Bad things have happened throughout the entirety of human existence and video games have only existed for something like 40 years now. The numbers of people who are aware of and properly implement the ESRB rating system to pick and screen games for their children is absurdly low and SOMETHING has to be done about it. Do I believe an 11 year old playing an M rated game makes them a murderer? No. Do I think it's GOOD for an 11 year old to play an M rated game? No.
If videogames make people violent please tell me what game people have been playing for the last few thousand years that started all the wars and mass murders in the world because I would love to know what REALLY started the Valentine's Day Massacre.
