Every day at 4-way stop signals there is confusion as to who has right-of-way and the order in which to proceed. A relatively short Public Service Announcement or other effort would serve to educate the people on the common or universal rules of the road. This could be accomplished very efficiently and inexpensively when combined with another broadcast or event. There are many ways to present this in a positive manner that will not only get the message across but appeal to all people.
The results of this will save lives, reduce confusion on the roadways, and enhance traffic flow.
