educate residents of Massachusetts on the hazzard of mold/toxic mold, and enforce mold guidelines in to law.

The purpose of this petition is primarily to acquire mold laws in the state of Massachusetts. Recently it has become evident that mold found in many American homes can be toxic even deadly to humans. The general concern about mold is not only it's disturbing symptoms, but furthermore the conditions that allow mold to arise. Currently states such as Texas, and California are enforcing strict laws and guidelines in regards to mold. Many homes in Massachusetts have fell victim to mold infestations with no proper guidelines or laws to protect the residents. We ask the people to make the right choice and allow the residents of the state of Massachusetts to be protected by laws and guidelines.
