We the undersigned petition the Administration to:
* Allocate adequate monies in the next fiscal year to send a free copy of the US Constitution to all signers of petitions to grant their states the right to secede.
* Highlight where exactly the President has authority to do such a thing.
* Immediately send copies of the Constitution with the same highlighting to any media outlet that reports on petitions regarding secession.
