Distorted facts of U.S. history is a hindrance in passing policy and working toward the common good of the nation. We are a Republic and many Americans have no clue what that is. Even more frightening, many politicians have forgotten we are a Republic, and have distorted views of who the founding fathers were and make shocking, inaccurate statements about their political views. Being successful in business, does not a successful politician make. Mastering U.S. and World History would help ALOT.
