Educated woman in India sitting on footpaths for last 4 years

We the people would like to petition that the Magistrate who gave orders to book a case against an unmarried lady should be suspended, the possession of the house should be immediately restored to her. The case against her has been registered for entering her own parental house even after provision to safe guard her right is there in the domestic violence act. The case has been booked by her brother who is a member of the Bhartiya Janta Party even after the lady registered a complaint with police, for fear of dispossession and had asked for protection from the Delhi Police. The Delhi Police who are known to be extremely corrupt had been hiding her complaints and had been hiding the fact that it was in their presence the possession of the house was grabbed from her in a clandestine manner
