Is Education Is Only For Rich Peoples?

Mr president firstly i am a Pakistani student I had done A level I am one of those students who are willing to study in USA but the one thing which create a barrier between we the poor peoples and money you are giving financial aid to US students but what about us our government has failed to do this but you are super power in the world can you give these grants to international students many students take there aims to ground because of money some one said that "rich man joke is always funny" just because of money is education came only for rich peoples are we are not made yo seek education sir its not only my voice but it is all those peoples voice who just cannot seek education just because of money.last just take it my humble submission under your lead consideration.Thank you.
