Education Reform #2: To assist States who are having problems with current Education.

Created by J.P. on November 12, 2012

States who are having problems with current Education need to be posted on a five year delay before accepting new Federal Education Programs. Federal Education Programs have, in years past, created problems with current student Education such as N.C.L.B.A. and Race To The Top. States are to remain open-minded when choosing the right educational programs for their schools before accepting new Federal Assistance Education Programs. States are also informed to have Freedom Of Choice when choosing Federal Assistance Education Programs before accepting any new Federal Assistance Education Program into their State and to improve upon current student education at the local level. Federal Assistance Education Programs are not to be imposed upon all States and reserved to each State respectively.
