School Corporal Punishment is legal abuse of a child by a school official. The Fourth Amendment States: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." School Corporal Punishment is neither "safe" or "secure" to students and their education. A Global Initiative is taking place to End All School Corporal Punishment of all students due to a long train of abuses by school officials. By The Fourth Amendment alone and sub-definitions of School Corporal Punishment; is hereby illegal.
