Education Reform: A proposal to improve Mental and Intellectual National Security

As many are aware, education in this country leaves much to be desired and we are at Rwanda's level of educational progress. Therefore to raise that level, I proposed converting Education into a disciplined militarized corps. We are aware that national security must be maintained to preserve the progress our nation has achieved over the years, however war is not simply physical combat, it requires intellectual strength to defeat opponents(in my humble opinion, best measured as essays instead and write in answer tests), especially now in this age of Unrestricted, nonconventional warfare. We need to remember that the duty of educators is create a strong body politic to adequately defend our nation and secure the blessings of Liberty against all threats, foreign and domestic.
