Education Responsibility

Put the responsibility of a student's success on the student not the teacher. Put the responsibility of discipline on the parent not the school administration. Increase the expectations and requirements of a students knowledge for graduation. At this rate the US will never compete on a global scale in future science and technology. Finally create a split type of secondary school system, where a student/parent has the right to choose to send their student to a school that focuses on specific job skills and another that focuses on higher forms of understanding through learning.
