Education for a state prisoner

My husband is a life sentence Texas prisoner with parole possibility. We want him to get his education in order to reintegrate into society as a productive citizen but in Robertson Unit in Abilene, Texas the wardan Eddie Wheeler and Richard Leal together with Mr. Butcher don't let him be in another section that allow him to see his education counselor and be in the waiting list for education. My husband is in a transit area, where he has been housed for over three years, and in this area he is exposed to danger and thus to get cases and to change his custody level. I beg you to help me to transfer my husband to another prison where he can get his education. I am going to be a teacher next year and I strongly believe that education is the key to be a good citizen. Thank you for your time.
