Education, Tenth Amendment

Created by K.I. on October 18, 2015

Per Amendment X of the United States Constitution, the federal government must stop meddling in education, such as mandated testing, as it has not been given an explicit mandate to do so in the Constitution. Therefore, Education is within each state's mandate to control.
"Amendment X: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
