Education Uniformity

I am petitioning the Obama Administration to set an Uniformed Curriculum for every student of public education to know and to learn. If a school requires government funding to operate, then each student should be taught Sciences, Math, American and World History, as well as participate in Physical Education and/or Vocational Training. Of which each student should be required to take the SAT, a Comprehensive Assessment System Test, and Federal Citizens Exam (similar to the one required to become a nationalized citizen). Also the military should have a role in public education allowing any person that wants to serve the ability to pass the ASVAB Examination. With no Theology should take prescient over the skills required to be competitive in the world's markets and/or in mankind's evolution.
